No Additional Charges Apply If:

Charges Apply If:

- The customer requests an exchange without a defect

5. Shipping Fees for Returns
- One-way shipping: SAR 25
- Two-way shipping (delivery + return): SAR 50
- Shipping charges may vary depending on delivery location and courier service.
6. Payment Gateway & Transaction Fees (Non-Refundable)
Certain payment gateway fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, as they are charged by third-party service providers:
- Tabby: 3.9% + SAR 1 per transaction
- Tamara: 6.99% + SAR 1.5 per transaction
- Bank Cards:
- Mada: 1.5%
- Visa / MasterCard / Credit Cards: 2.5%
- Bank Transfer: SAR 7 – 8.05 per transfer
7. Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept delivery from the courier:
- The paid amount will be refunded after deducting return shipping costs and applicable transaction fees.
8. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
